This is a story of Abhishek Shrivastava, who was so fond of India’s various cultures that he reflected them through his startup- Food Cultuur.
About Abhishek Shrivastava:
Abhishek Shrivastava hailed from a middle-class family living in a small town called Chapra situated in Bihar. After completing his 12th, he pursued engineering, but it didn’t spark his interest. After a year he dropped out and opted for bachelor of business studies from Allahabad. It was the time when he found the spark that lit the fire in him. He started enjoying both work and studies. He started attending all the entrepreneurship events because he wanted to make his career in entrepreneurship. During his last year of graduation, he got a chance to explore his ideas in the entrepreneur mela of MNNIT Allahabad.
After his graduation, he wanted to bring the change in society, but he had no idea how to do it. He did various projects related to education and language in Bihar, but those projects did not bear the fruit he had expected.
He was always passionate about food and have tried different cuisines while traveling. His brother suggested him to do something in the same genre. Finding his bothers advice useful, Abhishek took the task of exploring foods in different regions and laid the foundation of “Rider Tripp- The Journey Of Taste” a means by which he and his team harmonize tourism with food and culture.
There is a famous quote in which Abhishek believes – “The world will serve you nothing! You have to help yourself”.
Struggles faced by Abhishek Shrivastava:
On his journey, little did Abhishek knew a mountain of hardships and a path of nails were waiting for him. After all his failed attempts, he finally had the idea as to what needs to be done but had no resources to fulfill those needs.
For his startup, three primary resources he needed was; a proper productive team, investment, and a platform to begin. But before investment and platform, he needed a team. He approached his friends, but some of them were not driven enough, and rest was not sure if his idea would work or not. He had knocked every door, but all was in vain. At last, two of his batchmate came for his rescue. Now he had one developer and one content writer in his team. in Jan 2018, Abhishek alongwith his team started his blog with name Rider Tripp. After facing a mountain of battles alone, Abhishek finally had his team, and the dream of Food Cultuur started to become a reality. They decided to keep their startup bootstrap and step forth to change their lives.
Abhishek traveled many places like Allahabad, Agra, Rajasthan, Chapra, Nalanda, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata and gathered information regarding best places to visit, with their native dance form and the best food experience that city has to offer. Armed with his knowledge and new approach, Abhishek Shrivastava is marching forward with his team to give you a new experience of tourism, mixed with different cuisines.
